When we launched Sporting Icons back in 2020, we had no idea quite where the journey would take us.
Six years later, we’re incredibly proud to still be here, designing and creating our limited-edition bobble hats — and that’s largely thanks to everyone who has bought from us, followed us, shared our posts or recommended Sporting Icons to a friend.
Throughout those six years, we have never increased the price of our bobble hats.
During that time, the cost of producing, packaging and delivering our products has continued to rise. We’ve absorbed those increases for as long as we possibly could, but we’ve now reached the point where we need to make a small adjustment to our prices.
What’s changing?
The price of our bobble hats will increase by 10%.
It’s not a decision we’ve taken lightly. We want Sporting Icons products to continue offering great value while allowing us to maintain the quality, small production runs and attention to detail that have been part of the brand from day one.
We’re still helping with the cost of delivery
While postage costs have also increased significantly over the past six years, we will continue to subsidise the cost of postage rather than passing the full cost on to our customers.
And importantly, UK delivery will remain FREE when you spend £50 or more.
We hope you’ll understand why we’ve had to make this change. After six years without a single price increase, we feel the time has come to make sure Sporting Icons can continue creating the products you love for many more years to come.
